just what i needed

my sister's good friend, alison has a fun little blog going on. it's quirky and cute. every day or so, alison writes a new blog about a new craft, idea, or fun party she had over the weekend.

this morning, she posted a blog from an article found on new york times. it was exactly what i needed to hear. too often, i feel many people want a "fairy tale", without all the things real love can do with you. things like; change you, challenge you, shape you, sharpen you, grow you, and make you a humble person. and although i can't vouch for all the things i think love can do to you, i think this article sums it up real well :)
